At stock.hadhaya.com, we deal in furniture products. Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are subject to the following terms.

A return will be accepted only if: The product is damaged at the time of delivery, or

An incorrect product has been delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Customized or made-to-order furniture

Installed, assembled, or used furniture

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product has been shipped.
